Product Name: MZ6 Series PTC Thermistor Temperature Control Sensor
summary:
This product complies with DIN44081 and DIN44082 standards, with small size, high sensitivity, and long service life. Used for over temperature protection, it can be used in series with a single or multiple motor protectors. The temperature measuring end of the sensor is installed at the location where temperature measurement is required in the equipment, and the lead is connected to the signal input end of the motor protector. When the temperature approaches the insulation heat resistance level temperature, the input resistance value reaches the motor protector action threshold, and the protector disconnects the circuit to implement protection.
Technical data:
The temperature control range is TK60 ℃ to TK180 ℃. Control the temperature TK and set a specification every 5 ℃. One to six cores can be produced.

Resistance temperature curve of PTC thermistor:
The resistance temperature curve of a single core MZ6 thermistor is R ≤ 250 Ω from -20 ℃ to Tk-20 ℃; R ≤ 550 Ω at Tk-5 ℃; R ≥ 1 330 Ω at Tk+5 ℃; and R ≥ 4000 Ω at Tk+15 ℃. The measured voltage is U ≤ 2.5V DC

Installation instructions:
Fix the sensor at the location where temperature needs to be detected, and do not forcefully tap or squeeze the sensor chip during installation. Do not let the leads bear tension, and connect the leads to the motor junction box. It must be used in conjunction with a motor protector to control motor overheating.
Each chip of the three core sensor is installed at an appropriate position on the three-phase winding, with one core installed on each phase winding.
A. B and C are the coils of each phase of a three-phase motor
Insert its thermistor into the coil, as shown in the diagram above. After clamping and binding, immerse the coil with paint and dry it to complete the process.
Wiring:
Connect the lead wire of the PTC thermistor to the terminal block inside the motor junction box and press it firmly.
Wiring operations should be carried out by professional electricians to avoid electric shock or product damage.
